Romex reserves the right to change and update any terms and conditions at its sole discretion. By using the Romex website you accept and agree to the terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to the website, you agree that the venue resolving shall be in the courts of Western Australia.

Refund Policy

Romex Australia Pty Limited will provide a refund of the booking fee if:

• the booking is cancelled at least 36 hours before the service provision.
• the service cannot be provided.
• that it is reasonable to do so under the absolute discretion of the managing director.

Fees

Refunds are subject to a service of $10.00 plus 30 percent of the booking fee.

Exemptions

No fees apply where the full booking fee is credited to a new booking.
